On a Budget Take a Trip to Las Vegas then

No, no, no one is funning with you. You CAN take a Las Vegas, NV vacation and not burn a hole in your pocket.

Las Vegas is on the bucket list of most travelers. This city can keep a person entertained for weeks altogether, which is why it is called the ‘Entertainment Capital of the World’!

And while this city definitely is an expensive one, if you are careful you wouldn’t have to break the bank and yet have the adventure of your life here. In fact, the ‘Sin City’ has ample free and budget-friendly things for you to do which will keep you busy and amused for days.

Here are a few of them.

Sightseeing

The buzz of Las Vegas is hard to beat. However, after a couple of days, you may start feeling burnout. To avoid that, you can check out the serene and gorgeous natural beauty around this city. These are nearby and will help you take your mind off the glitz and glamor of the city.

You can spend an entire morning at the Red Rock Canyon which is fantabulous. If you are feeling a bit adventurous, you can take a trip to the Grand Canyon, which is enormous! These once-in-a-lifetime spectacles have to be seen and won’t cost you a bomb.

The Great Gambler

If your fingers are feeling itchy and you want to hit a few casinos to gamble, you should stay away from the big names and instead go downtown to play. This is because the casinos here are not as expensive to play in as the famous ones. So, your money will stretch out a lot further here. Do remember to keep a check on the exact amount you intend to spend and in no circumstances exceed the amount. Else you just have yourself to blame for your penury for the rest of your trip.

Show Business

No Las Vegas vacation is complete without its famed shows. Most popular shows are wildly expensive and if you are traveling with family, going to even one of them would mean spending a pretty penny.

However, not all LV shows are expensive. In fact, some of them are for free. For example, there are free shows at Circus Circus and the Fall of Atlantis at Caesar’s Palace. These are amply entertaining and you wouldn’t have to reach deep into your pocket for them.

Look up at the Stars

Nope, not talking about the human variety. These heavenly bodies are best seen in the night sky in Vegas. This light-polluted city is surrounded by nothing but desert and just a bit of driving outside it means you can look at stars galore in the sky. In fact, a clear night means you may even catch a gander at planets! Just pack a picnic basket and sit under the stars for a true connection with the universe out there.
